CardAlpha is a MVP stage fintech start-up, designed to meet payment requirements of SME businesses and looking to get into an active beta launch by mid-August 2020. CardAlpha's ePOS App converts a tablet or smartphone device into a powerful electronic cash register featuring a product catalogue with item description, prices, discounts, inventory tracking and digital receipts. The App is integrated with a card reader and tracks cash sales and processes card transactions directly from the cash register, making it a powerful accessory for your day - to - day sales management.
At CardAlpha, we are building a community of self motivated professionals to build the next generation of integrated point of sale and banking platforms. This role will build CardAlpha’s social identity via digital channels on platforms and key stakeholder communities including customers, partners and investors. Drive home, important attributes of the CardAlpha proposition which will relate to how the platform enables SME merchants to accept electronic payments, manage business banking and obtain business finance in a frictionless and cost efficient manner. And drive user growth via search aggregation, price comparison and referral campaigns.
Job Type / Category
The Marketing & Branding Lead will ideally have two years of direct hands/hand-on experience in designing, developing and executing digital marketing initiatives across proposition design, brand architecture, marketing copy/content and placement across digital media channels (including paid for and un-paid channels). Knowledge of content driven marketing and vital marketing loops will be key in this role. This role is expected to initially contribute 60-80 hours in a month towards CardAlpha’s Marketing and PR initiatives and will be compensated via start-up equity options and a cash stipend. Please note the compensation will be weighed in favour of equity options. The contribution and role may potentially change to a full time position with normal working hours and incremental benefits, post later stage funding and full commercial rollout of CardAlpha.
