FinTech Global is looking to hire a FinTech Research Analyst. This is an unparalleled opportunity to enter the dynamic and exciting FinTech industry by joining a small but rapidly growing startup that is building its reputation as the pre-eminent provider of data, research and analytics to the global venture capital and financial services industry.
The role involves: researching the FinTech market place, gathering data, conducting surveys, devising and maintaining investment company databases, undertaking research to produce industry-leading insights, writing research reports, helping organise investor events and creating newsletters for the world’s most successful investors.
• You must have a 1st or upper 2nd degree in a science or analytical subject from a good university.
• You must be an EU National or have permanent residence status in the UK (no limited-term student visas).
This is an amazing opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company and make a difference. If you prove yourself, the upside is unlimited in terms of responsibility and potential share options in the company. Some of our current managers started as graduate entrants and are now running parts of the business and interacting with CEOs of FinTech companies and partners of investment firms.
Training is provided both on the job and via workshops and presentations. You will learn how to undertake analysis to investment banking or McKinsey standards by working directly with senior members of the company.
We are a young team committed to building the leading B2B research, media and events company in the world for FinTech. When we hire new team members, we look for people who are ambitious and who want to lead a part of the business as soon as they are able. We want smart, driven, entrepreneurial go-getters who want to become directors of the company as soon as possible. If you’re successful, we’ll make sure you get paid better than you could anywhere else for your role.
We also think it’s important to have fun at work, so we want new team members who enjoy working in a friendly, collaborative environment. We are based at wework in Moorgate, which means our employees can benefit from hundreds of training sessions, numerous social events, free beer and cider every day. In addition, our team is very sociable: Pizza Fridays, cocktail afternoons, evening shindigs, team outings, regular chocolates! Other perks include free cinema tickets, yoga classes, discounted gym membership, discounts at restaurants and shops.
This is a full-time, fully paid role. No agencies please.
