With so many projects on the go, we’re looking to take on a cool-headed, organised and generally excellent Executive Assistant. We’re looking for ambition, impeccable attention to detail and a passion for getting shit done, as well as a desire to experience a whole host of different areas of business.

It’s the perfect role for someone looking to dive into the hands-on startup world, supported by a brilliant, confident team and an exciting, ever growing company culture.

The Job: The Nitty Gritty

The lion’s share of the role will be assisting our CEO. You’ll be working independently as well as part of different teams, to make sure a lot of different plates keep spinning.

You’ll be at the heart of the organisation, thinking fast, taking on a variety of challenges and getting stuck in. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain insight and understanding into all areas of an agile, forward-thinking business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Executive support

At the core you’ll be helping to keep our CEO optimized - from research to meeting preparation, from problem-solving to expense processing, you’ll be deep in the action of a fast-paced schedule, learning all the elements of our business from the ground up.
Organising (impeccably)

You’ll help the running of our team office, making sure that our brilliant team have what they need, (be that a whiteboard, a new sofa or a motivational chant), and growing interpersonal skills, project management skills, making amazing connections alongside learning how a successful business runs.
Joining our adventure

We’re a team of entrepreneurial thinkers who are committed to creating spaces where exciting ideas fly. A core part of your role will be heading up our team events, anything from Friday night drinks to our annual company retreat (a weekend away in the sun!)
Blazing and Liaising

Our company is run on brilliant people, and you’ll be helping to support our People Ops team in keeping all our relationships operating smoothly. As a key member of our hiring team you’ll be helping us to source top talent, and ensure that our newest team members have a seamless onboarding experience.
