We have a unique opportunity for a talented and customer focused person to join our team in our North London (NW10) headquarters. The person we are seeking will be outgoing, confident and enjoy dealing with our customers on the phone. Supporting customers through the booking journey and providing advice on our range of storage solutions, following the journey from enquiry through to booking.
The right person will be part of a small team and will also look after customer service enquiries, general administration of customer accounts, be computer literate and able to apply their initiative to resolve day to day issues.
easyStorage is planning a rapid expansion through its franchise network so this role will be challenging but also offer great potential for career progression.
