About the Company
LandTech is helping the industry build the homes we desperately need by cutting out inefficiencies in the development process. Our flagship product, LandInsight, helps property developers understand the development potential of any plot of land within seconds. Our tech has changed the game and as a result we’ve become the UK’s fastest growing PropTech company (it’s official, we’ve got the awards to prove it!).
The next few years are going to be huuuuuge as we start building out the rest of our vision to enable everyone to take the next step on their property development journey. This vision is backed by the same investors behind Love Film, TransferWise, Zoopla, Shazaam and Property Partner.
Real issues, real tech, underpinned by a real economic opportunity. That’s LandTech.
You will be joining a brand new team that consists of absolute superstars set up to pursue one of our hardest problems - making sense of the 1000GBs of data we collect. For years we have been collecting data which the property industry relies on and now we’re ready to take this to the next level.
Turn this into structured, decision making information that can be accessed instantly by anyone, changing the entire industry upside down. Can we make sense of this unstructured information and change the way property professionals make decisions?
The team is small and autonomous, consisting of two software engineers, the product manager, a BDM and yourself- so you will be able to come in and make a big impact!!!
We are working on a new product created that takes advantage of the data being extracted, so we are able to move fast and iterate quickly, constantly learning and refining our direction to provide what is really valuable to the customer. We can constantly see how what we do changes the way people work in property.
This is an extremely varied role. You could be doing anything from crafting data processing pipelines, developing tooling to better understand and input our data, or actually displaying our data in a customer facing product. One thing is for sure - you’ll always be able to see the impact of your work.
Our Values and Culture
We truly believe that businesses flourish when people work collaboratively. That’s why we prioritise team building and facilitation. You’ll also be in constant contact with the company founders, so you can learn about the conception of and running of a startup company that is scaling up.
We don’t just make empty gestures about our culture - we were voted as the 3rd best UK SaaS Company to work at, and have also received awards for ‘Diversity Advocate’ and ‘Best at Employee Development’.
Our company values are ‘open’, ‘empower’ and ‘home’ and we regularly hold ourselves accountable to these. The people who work here feel that are challenged, but also feel like they have the environment and tools to succeed. Glassdoor backs this up.
