Launching in Paris in 2016 Brigad has connected over 2000 qualified individuals with over 600 000 hours of work offered by over 1200 active businesses in the hospitality sector using our market leading technology. Brigad has raised over £10m since August 2016 and are in the business of creating meaningful connections between individuals and businesses. With offices in Paris, Lyon and London the Brigad team has grown to 75 employees and is now looking for a vibrant, self motivated Account Manager to help establish Brigad in London.
About You & the role
You will be a driven, self motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a strong grip on numbers. A highly motivated individual with a track record of hiring and empowering a team to achieve their goals and push the boundaries of what’s possible together.
This management level role consists of managing a team of 4 business developers and 4 account developers (and hire new members), training and empowering them to achieve their goals. It involves coaching, constructive feedback, close relationships with the team and motivating them through exceptional leadership and practical tools and exercises to ensure they remain on top of their game. The role also involves setting targets and business reviews on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate has:
Proven track record in sales
Proven track record in managing a team and achieve targets
Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and phone manner
Autonomous & self motivated
Highly positive and contagious energy
A strong grasp of numbers and financial concepts
Creative and strategic thinker
This role reports to the UK Country Manager. You will be directly in contact with our clients and potential clients with daily interaction with your Business Development team and Country Manager.
Engage existing business development and account development teams with a view to maximise performance
Assess the team and offer training when required to improve practical skills
Ensure all team members have coaching to meet their individual needs and ensure they have all the tools they need for the job
Work closely with the business development team in order to understand the needs of the businesses they are serving and how to maximise return
Ensure the BD strategy is executed in the UK
Build a reporting structure that track account metrics and communicate effectively the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives.
Responsible for all business developers and account developers in London
Engage in strategic planning for the product and tools to increase atomisation of retention
Success in this role includes an in depth understanding of our product and the ability to share and contribute best practices with your team and country manager on a regular basis
Salary: £ 40K-45K Basic DOE + £10K Bonus
