The business is a new startup in providing specialist services and software to the B2B professional services sector in particular the recruitment industry. The key proposition of the business is currently not public. It has been set up and financed by experienced entrepreneurs, funded by an early-stage VC (Boundary Capital) and first prospects have been engaged.

A CEO is required primarily to drive the sales of the product primarily via the channel i.e. via recruitment agencies.

The opportunity is to be a co-founder and significant shareholder of the venture.

o Require entrepreneur or entrepreneurial individual to take on the business full-time from part-time founders (who will continue support the business particularly with marketing, strategy and finance)
o Salary plus significant shareholding in the business (salary will be modest for first 6 months)

o Business development- recruiting, activating and managing recruitment firms and other
o Marketing - Managing the promotion of the business to partners and to the end clients, primarily SMBs via PR, partnerships, email and seminars/webinars
o Management – day-to-day management of operational staff (customer services/admin and telemarketer), part-time marketing consultant, recruiting further, and managing other stakeholders/Board

Qualities/experience required:

o Entrepreneur or entrepreneurial person with a sales DNA. ‘Can do’ attitude ready to do whatever it takes to create wealth for themselves and others
o Intelligence to help figure out market development
o Knowledge of recruitment sector, particularly boutique agencies
o Management experience
