We are a young and innovative startup company solving an affordability problem by offering deposit-free renting to millions of tenants across the UK - with lots more exciting stuff to come.

We have built a core team and a product we are proud of, raised significant seed capital and partnered with the UK's largest independent letting agency. Plus, we’re already working with the world’s largest institutional landlord so we’re well on our way to change the way renting is done forever!

We’re all about connecting people, and in order to provide the best service possible, we need a dedicated team who strive to make our end of tenancy process as seamless as possible. As part of the wider ops team, you’ll be an integral part of our customer journey - you’ll be the bridge between our landlords, agents and tenants and our product can’t thrive without you!


Who you are:

  • Building rapport quickly is something you don’t even need to try to achieve; it comes as naturally as wanting to provide a great service

  • A strong believer in what we’re trying to achieve, becoming a product and process expert is your priority 

  • Able to facilitate negotiations to make them as frictionless, fair and transparent as possible

  • You understand the importance of attention to detail, and are able to follow through on a process (or improve it as needed!)

  • A claims handler with a diverse background, who’s able to handle a portfolio of cases in a fair and firm manner.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the collection and verification of information required from agents and landlords to successfully process end of tenancy charges

  • Follow, improve and iterate on our end of tenancy process, using data and technology to ensure the operation is as smooth as possible 

  • Project manage multiple cases at once, maintaining an excellent standard of service

  • Ensure transparency across both stakeholders and colleagues, communicating the process, outcomes and challenges relating to settling end of tenancy charges

  • Manage third party providers, including trace and recovery partners.

Note to agencies and third parties: we have a team who owns all of our talent processes at the moment and are happy with how we’re growing. We love your enthusiasm to work with us, but we’re not looking for new partners currently so please hold off on cold-calling us for now
