This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone with one to two years experience. It is not your stereotypical sales role - you won't be cold calling 100s of people who don't want to speak to you every day. You'll be speaking to senior leaders in schools, persuading them to try our innovative product and personalising our offering to their individual needs. Our entire sales team started off as interns and once you experience working with us, we are confident you will decide to stay on. Even if you don't, you'll be left in a fantastic position for career growth whether you choose to remain in sales or want to try your hand at something new. On a daily basis, expect to be:

Arranging School Demonstrations

  • Contacting schools to speak with school leaders after they’ve enquired

Pitching to Schools

  • Clearly communicating (via phone) with school leaders about how Third Space works
  • Answering questions and helping school leaders understand how to integrate Third Space tuition into their context
  • Answering and resolving objections from school leaders

Following up and Completing Sales

  • After a school has received a demonstration, following-up with the school to confirm whether they’d like to buy Third Space tuition
  • Confirming the purchase with school, processing the order and completing the sale
  • Keeping track of school enquiries, arranged pitches, sales etc. in internal systems


  • A recent graduate (or relevant experience)
  • Available from September to December
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone
  • A tenacious attitude
  • Energy and creativity: positivity and enthusiasm are at the core of our sales team
  • Clear passion for our mission and an eagerness to make your mark
  • Experience in sales or education is a plus (but not essential)


  • £23,000 per annum
  • Full sales training provided - this consists of an initial 1-2 week training period followed by ongoing professional development throughout the internship
