About the Role: 

We are looking for a someone to join our sales team and help us to continue build and grow our business. The role is an entry level position with a lot of growth potential. Some previous experience in sales or dealing with customers is essential. The ideal candidate is hungry, eager to learn and not afraid to pick up the phone. If you have this covered, this is a great opportunity and will allow you to quickly develop within a growing role and expanding company!

Responsibilities: 

  • Work on predetermined targets set by our Sales Manager
  • Continually build and validate a database of contacts  
  • Cold-calling to qualify prospects
  • Nurture and pitch warm leads over phone and in face to face meetings
  • Close own deals over phone and email  
  • Work in CRM system daily with new enquiries and bookings
  • Responsibility of immersing yourself in the hospitality, leisure and retail industry in London and building a strong network
  • Work alongside the rest of the business (marketing and product team, external partners and stakeholders) to continually improve and develop the product, service and business

The Right Person:

  • Must be comfortable and confident on the phone!
  • Strong can-do attitude and not afraid of rejections
  • Must be interested in start-ups and entrepreneurship
  • High level of English - speaking and writing 
  • A person who can work independently and has a strong drive
  • Prior telesales experience is a big plus!
  • Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry is a big plus
