TALENT PARTNER - TECH (3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

THE ROLE

We’ve just closed Series A (June 2019) and we have big plans to grow our team significantly. As a result, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience hiring python developers, infrastructure engineers, product managers and designers.

REQUIREMENTS

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS YOU WILL:

  • Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates
  • Generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Screen candidates and make a good judgement on role specific skills (such as frameworks, knowledge of Python, complex application experience etc)
  • Create a recruitment plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
  • Work closely with the People team to deliver a seamless and high quality candidate experience from application through to onboarding

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience hiring in product, UX/UI, python, front and back end and infrastructure engineer
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools such as: deep-web Boolean searching, tapping through engineering/business social networks and other unique methods.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work autonomously
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Creative thinker and a strong drive to implement new initiatives
  • Great organisational, communication, negotiation and time-management skills

NICES TO HAVE:

  • Experience hiring in the Cambridge tech scene.
  • Knowledge of our ATS (Workable)
