Fancy making serious money as an SDR with an opportunity to learn and grow into an Enterprise-level closer - whilst working with an incredible bunch of people to disrupt the $15B workplace learning market?

Here’s the mission, if you choose to accept it:

  • Reach out to potential customers over the phone, on Linkedin, with emails, at events - be creative. 
  • Introduce HowNow, make an offer they can’t refuse and setup meetings/calls for Business Development Managers to close. 
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Be laser-focused at understanding the customer’s needs and pain points.
  • Be an expert and always put yourself in the know. 
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Deliver results whilst enjoying the process.

Typically we find someone with the following will be a great fit:

  • You find the feeling of delivering a successful pitch addictive. When you’re selling you’re in the zone. 
  • You learn fast - about the product, prospects, frequent objections, your strengths, your weaknesses. 
  • You can talk the talk - but more importantly follow it up with the walk. 
  • You always take responsibility for your results. 
  • You’re an active listener as well as an interesting person
  • You have vision and attention to detail. 
  • You want to make money. 
  • If you’ve done some B2B lead generating with a track history of delivering results and/or sold to HR teams before then even better!
