About the role
You’ll be responsible for matching our families and nannies together. Most of your day will be spent speaking with families and nannies to help them decide if they are a perfect match for each other.
You’ll have the freedom to experiment and improve the way we do things. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to do the job really well. In particular, you’ll learn advanced techniques to help customers resolve problems and make decisions. Ideally we’re looking for you to work full time hours - 09:30-18:30 each weekday - and to be based in our office near Old Street, but we can be flexible for the right person.
You’ll receive £9 per hour, and you would work as a self-employed contractor.
Start date is ASAP.
We’re after an all-rounder who is clever, practical and nice. You’re empathetic by nature and really love to help people.
This role can suit people from a variety of backgrounds. If you’re a parent yourself and can relate to the problems modern families face, that’s great, but it’s not essential!
Ideally you’ve got previous experience in a customer service or sales role, but again, this isn’t essential.
You must be eligible to work full time in the UK.
You’re comfortable speaking to new people, both in person and on the phone.
Although you like to talk, the most important thing you’ll do is listen.
You’re detail-oriented. You’ll be working in a complex system, and the details must be 100% correct.
You’re able to write clearly, simply and accurately.
You can work at a fast pace and under pressure. You are comfortable with a degree of chaos.
You’re humble and a fast learner. You’re excited to try new things and respond well to feedback.
You’re nice. You get that no player is bigger than the team. You fit right into our culture of supporting and helping each other, whilst improving childcare in London.
