We’re looking for a bright and charismatic Business Development Manager to be part of our team to help us grow our portfolio of homes. You will be responsible for hitting demanding acquisition targets by both generating interest with potential homeowners in becoming part of the portfolio and converting organic leads. You will market to potential clients, close deals and build rapport with each newly accepted homeowner or property manager. You will ensure the standards of the homes we bring onto our portfolio are consistently high and never compromised whilst also hitting your targets. You will also have an in-depth understanding of our account management team and will be able to support them when needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will work on strategies with our central teams to bring on new supply as well as managing and reviewing existing supply channels to ensure they are effective and commercially viable. The aim is to build a portfolio of extraordinary homes
  • Through effective pricing and homeowner expectation management, you will ensure these homes reach their full commercial potential
  • Our homeowners entrust us with their most valuable asset and they join us because our service is simple, secure, and financially-rewarding. You’ll be accountable for making sure our homeowners have a good understanding of our offering
  • Through a network of business partners, you will have access to the best homes across Paris. You will grow this network to ensure we are is the first choice for homeowners wanting to join the home-sharing industry
  • You will be able to support the account management team by working with our existing homeowners as a point of contact of escalations and general queries when our account manager is not available
  • Meeting challenging sales targets as well and an ability to forge personal and business relationships with a diverse and sophisticated community
  • As part of a growing organisation, you will be expected to devise new ideas to develop new avenues of supply
  • An analytical approach to portfolio management and growing profitable supply
  • You take job satisfaction from hitting ambitious growth targets. Sound judgement, even under pressure
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • This role is fast-paced and goals and targets can change. You are adaptable and amenable to change.
