About Stay Nimble

Our Mission

We are a certified UK social enterprise with an ambition to support everyone to find their purpose in the new world of work.

Stay Nimble exists to improve financial wellbeing and reduce poverty by helping people find their purpose in a rapidly changing world. We do this by supporting people to discover and secure in-demand careers that align with their natural talents and based on local labour market needs.

This support is enabled by the digital career coaching platform we are building, taking the best of breed analogue career coaching techniques and scaling these using technology to help millions find better work.

Working Practises

We operate following the principles of the Blueprint for Better Business, with fully remote working practices. We put trust and mutual respect for each other at the heart of our business, and aim to create a working environment that helps people thrive and bring their best performance as often as they can.

We’re looking to raise our Series A funding round early in 2020, following a successful crowdfunding round in Q1 2019 and partnership with Accenture. It’s an exciting time to join us as an early stage startup with a strong social mission.

Product Design

When designing products, we care deeply about:

  • Getting out of the office and understanding our customer needs. We put these upfront in design and decision making.
  • Continuous Product Discovery, the process of validating our ideas and experimenting with real customers before we put them into Product Delivery. We aim to be discovering new insights daily.
  • Working towards key outcomes for our business and customers, rather than focusing on output.

We're current in private beta, please check out our latest product designs here:
