We are looking for an office administrator to join us in our office in London Victoria. A successful candidate will be responsible for several day-to-day activities within our office environment including answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, overseeing appointment setting and schedules, organizing company events, data entry and a variety of front office reception tasks. This is a varied role and the successful candidate will be supporting the company with office admin but also HR.
● Undertaking all office administration duties (HR, Office Admin and management)
● Organize and manage business trips bookings
● Provide Additional support for Senior Management as required.
● Handling details of a highly confidential nature including contracts.
● Organizing company events
● Handling expenses and billing cycles
● Meet and greet some of the external visitor providing hospitality as applicable
● Drafting, formatting and printing relevant documents
● Create agendas and take meeting notes if required
● May be required to take care of website functions and social media profiles
● Good communication and interpersonal abilities
● Be articulated and well presented
● Good organizational skills
● Proficiency with office programs (Google Docs prefered)
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to handle confidential information
Nice to have:
● Prior office management experience
● Strong record keeping skills
● High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field
