About Partnership Editions 

Partnership Editions aims to make remarkable art affordable for all. Founded by Georgia Spray in 2017, we are a curated platform that unearths accessibly-priced original artworks by today’s most talented emerging artists –a springboard for anyone looking to start or enhance their art collection. We aim to break down the elitism of the art-world by taking art outside of the traditional gallery space and bringing it to new audiences via pop-ups, brand collaborations, talks, studio visits, supper clubs and life drawing classes. 

Our Journey So Far 

We are in the most exciting stage of growth to date. We’ve built up a dedicated community of artists and collectors and have been featured in the FT, Vogue, Elle, House & Garden, Harper’s (to name a few). We’ve achieved all this with a small team, and we’re ready to expand our community even further by bringing on new artists and increasing our events programme. We’re looking for someone to join us on our next stage of the journey - who’s up for working in a small team, is interested in the intensity of a small start-up, is eager to learn and develop their own skills along with the growth of the business and is passionate about our mission to make the art world more accessible. You’d work directly alongside our founder to build and engage with our community.

As Part Of The Role, You’ll

  • Manage & plan the content for our social channels to build a great community on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and any other relevant places where our customers engaged with clear strategic objectives
  • Create and report on digital marketing campaigns, including developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation capability
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Manage and coordinate photography of artworks and artist studios for use on website, social media, advertising and PR 
  • Support the Project Manager in organizing and attending Partnership Editions’ vibrant events programme including pop-up exhibitions, talks and life drawing classes
  • Manage and coordinate receipt, storage, inventory, packaging, shipping and distribution of artworks 
  • Be the first point for customer enquiries, liaising regarding shipments, building community, assisting with sales, problem solving and feeding back strategically into the business 

About You 

  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing role
  • Degree BSc, diploma (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrable experience of customer relations and sales
  • Excellent knowledge of widely used web analytics systems, ecommerce platforms and newsletter software
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and managing databases
  • Good Knowledge of content management and creation 
  • Knowledge of Shopify,  In-Design and Photoshop are desirable
