Operations Analyst (Problem Solver) - looking for top London uni students
About the role
We need someone to join our ‘matching’ team. This is the heart of the business, where the magic happens!You’ll be responsible for matching our families and nannies together. Most of your day will be spent analysing our existing sets of nannies and matching them to the right parents.
You’ll have the freedom to analyse, experiment and improve the way we do things. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to do the job really well.
Your working hours will be flexible - minimum 20 hours a week, with up to 40+ hours a week available.
We'll train you at our office near Old Street, then after a few weeks it’s fine to also work from home or remotely.
Start date is ASAP.
We’re after an all-rounder who is clever, practical and nice. We don’t mind what degree you’re doing, as long as you’re doing well.
We’ll also be looking for evidence of drive, aspiration and enthusiasm in the extracurricular stuff you’ve done.
You must be eligible to work full time in the UK. Please note that for this role we can only accept candidates who are citizens of the European Economic Area or Switzerland, as this role is offered on a self-employed basis.
