Customer Success Intern - South London
Zinc’s looking for a Customer Success intern that has an appetite to learn. This is a paid internship that will be demanding learning experience working in a fast-paced startup. This role will be working with new and existing customers to deliver unforgettable experiences. This is an opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in a startup environment and gain an understanding of Customer success, BD and marketing.

Your Day To Day:
~ Able to get behind helping our customers hire and empowering people with data.
~ Learn the Zinc customer journey; identify with and incorporate our tone in your comms.
~ A chance to assess internal success process, suggest and implement new ideas.
~ Work directly with the CEO, a chance to shadow and learn about modern B2B techniques.
~ Plan and conduct research with current customers and run customer success campaigns
~ Some aspects of customer success to understand our target audience and the content that speaks to them.
~ Take an active role in promoting and communicating Zinc’s values and mission.
~ Ability to actively listen and read social situations.
~ Enrolled in a credible undergraduate or graduate program.
~ Empathy and awareness to understand customer needs.
~ Excellent short-form written communication & an ear for picking up Zinc’s brand identity.
~ High-energy self-starter that’s able to take the initiative
~ Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
~ High emotional intelligence, understands how to give and receive honest feedback.
