We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join Prodsight which is funded early-stage B2B SaaS startup in an emerging text analytics space. We have a differentiated and novel product with paying business customers and integration partnerships with brands like Intercom and Zendesk.

An ideal candidate will be someone who has launched and grown a new product in a startup or a larger company. If you love experimenting, think strategically but love to get your hands dirty in running experiments across marketing channels this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Research the market and develop a customer acquisition strategy
  • Run experiments across various marketing channels to determine which strategies are likely to drive the most growth
  • Build relationships with partners to help expand our network of integrations
  • Continuously evaluate the customer journey and optimise touchpoints to drive acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in a SaaS 
  • Able to craft a marketing strategy and lead a small marketing team
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English
  • Expert in at least one marketing channel (i.e. email, content, paid)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
