Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in a HR / recruitment tech business.
  • You’ll have experience navigating through sales cycles to negotiate and close deals with large global companies.
  • You’ll have demonstrable evidence of winning large deals and exceeding KPIs for your previous employers.
  • You’ll be able to work at our office in East London with the flexibility to travel to meet clients in the UK and abroad.  

About the Role:

  • You’d be working for Real Links, a VC backed company that helps to transform hiring for companies by leveraging the power of employee referrals through the use of an innovative software platform. 
  • We are already working with some of the UK’s largest enterprises including Lloyds Pharmacy and have a strong pipeline of new deals ready to close.
  • We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us realise our ambitious growth plans.
  • You’ll be supported by a lead generation executive so you can focus on nurturing and closing deals in your industry verticals. 

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales in the HR / recruitment tech space.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and you’re able to report on sales activity and revenue targets. 
  • You’re excellent on the phone and in meetings to push leads forward in the pipeline to closing stage.
  • You’re great at networking at conferences to generate leads for your pipeline.
  • You’re able to anticipate and successfully handle prospect objections throughout the sales cycle.
  • You’ll collaborate well with team members to find strategic ways to win business and provide ad-hoc support to the rest of the sales team. 
  • You’ll be able to work cohesively with your lead generation executive to hit targets.
  • You’re proactive, ambitious and commercially orientated.
  • You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You’ll have attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be working closely with the Head of Business Development on the end to end sales process.
  • You’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and reporting on sales results to the Head of Business Development. 
  • You’ll be navigating through sales cycles to negotiate and close deals with large global companies.
  • You’ll be researching leads to understand their needs, enabling effective follow ups to generate interest. 
  • You’ll be proactively sourcing new leads and business opportunities.  
  • You’ll be building and managing your sales pipeline on our CRM (Hubspot).
  • You’ll be managing your lead generation executive on a day to day basis.
