We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join Abintegro. You’ll be critical to ensuring we continue to have loyal and successful clients, and play a vital role making a tangible impact in the commercial team.
Abintegro is a fast-growth SME providing our award-winning SaaS career development platform to many of the world’s leading education institutions and companies. Our clients configure the Abintegro platform to make a measurable impact on the career development of their students or employees.
You’ll be responsible for working closely with each client to configure, support, and continually optimise their use of the Abintegro platform, increasing their return on investment and loyalty. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, since you’ll be building close and ongoing relationships with clients. -Delivering a first-class service for a key set of existing Abintegro clients
-Running calls and webinars to train clients on all aspects of the Abintegro platform
-Managing and resolving a diverse range of helpdesk requests on a daily basis
-Configuring client platforms to meet their objectives and increase usage
-Reviewing client platform performance and building business cases to build in new capabilities
-Building relationships with clients via regular calls to become a trusted advisor
-A recent graduate, 100% focussed on a career in customer success, or with up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
-Ability to build rapport with clients and build ongoing working relationships
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Interest in technology and confident enough to discuss simple technology issues with clients
-Attention to detail and highly organised
-An interest in online learning or education technology
-A genuine interest in being part of a high growth small business and contributing to the journey
