Job description

We are assembling a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team to build out our UK office in London. Our  UK team is an ambitious team with a passion for business, and having fun at work. As part of this team, we are looking for talented and very motivated business development managers, with an appetite to create lasting relationships in order to grow the business and establish COMATCH as a leading brand in the UK market for professional freelance talent.

Your mission

  • Work with us to develop COMATCH’s presence in the UK
  • Define and execute campaigns and projects to grow our share of the consulting market
  • Search the market and identify potential clients
  • Pro-actively approach and acquire new clients through definition of new business opportunities and unique pitches
  • Strengthen existing relationships and grow the existing customer business
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with consultants
  • Closely collaborate with our Consultant Relations, PR & Marketing and other internal teams

Your profile

  • Proven track record in Sales B2B: 4+ years of professional experience with demonstrable successes in a performance-driven sales role within B2B market context (ideally with a strong network in the UK)
  • Smart Cookie: Excellent bachelor’s/ master’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant subject
  • Great Communication & Negotiation: Ability to network, have engaging conversations, be naturally outgoing / confident, with a direct communication style and persuasiveness in senior level conversations
  • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn about a sector and then leverage this knowledge
  • Self-Starter: Reliable and trustworthy workstyle with a hands-on mentality
  • English Speaker: English skills on a native level, along with majority of work experience in UK market
