The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing start up in London. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail and telco enterprises. Trigg`s point of difference is our team`s 20+years of in-house experience delivering double-digit growth, together, we find and deliver the optimum solution to meet our customers immediate and long-term needs.

We are looking to build out the core team to service our enterprise level clients as the business grows in 2020. This hands-on customer facing role requires significant business process design and optimisation experience, backed by a strong technical background to leverage ‘out of the box’ functionality, and be able to recommend extending the platform/s where appropriate. You must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in your quest to deliver value to our customers.

  • Facilitate business process discovery workshops, capture, write up and be able to articulate customer requirements
  • Act as an extension of the customers’ team to identify opportunities for process optimisation, redesign, or new processes to reduce cost, improve customer satisfaction or increase revenue
  • Prepare customer facing presentations including scope, high level solution design and proposal estimates that align with our customer’s strategy, objectives, timelines and budget
  • Leverage Salesforce best practices and ‘outside the box’ thinking to design and configure innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Create and manage a backlog of well-formed user stories and deliver with our technical teams; track and ensure projects are on time, in scope and within cost
  • Engage, align, support and train various stakeholder groups from exec to business users throughout the project lifecycle – scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live, aftercare
  • Foster and maintain key relationships with partners and peers to foster transparency and alignment
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, retain and cultivate accounts
  • Share your expertise, mentor and support internal team members
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ year’s work experience
  • Certified Salesforce Consultant on the Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing or Community platform/s
  • 3+ years hands-on experience delivering end-end solutions on the Salesforce Platform/s
  • 2+ years in-house experience is beneficial
  • Strong customer facing skills with excellent presentation, spoken and written communication, and receptive listening skills
  • Detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills, a logical, analytical thinker, committed to constant upskilling
  • Experience working from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams
