Kreo is an AI-powered SaaS platform for architecture, engineering and construction professionals which manages the entire pre-construction process from design to bid. It's a revolutionary product with the vision of bringing construction productivity into the 21st century through sophisticated automation. Our target market is the global construction services industry, worth £7.6 trillion.

It’s an exciting time to join Kreo. We’re building our (currently!) small London team, which was founded in 2017, and need an experienced Marketing specialist to lead on a variety of activities. We’re looking for a strong track record of B2B Marketing, ideally from a SaaS / subscription-based business.  Reporting initially to the CEO, you’ll be:

  • Creating engaging content and calls to action relating to our product to encourage conversion from freemium to paid products
  • Raising awareness of market issues and prospects’ ambitions and positioning our brand as the principal solution
  • Driving product strategy work: Working with Product teams to develop a strategy, value propositions & product roadmap to grow sign-ups, improve conversion and drive activation
  • Planning and managing multi-channel campaigns (social, SEO, PPC and email) to generate leads
  • Working closely with the Sales team to create and implement strategies to nurture and accelerate deal flow
  • Managing social media – paid and organic; managing Kreo’s presence, helping to create the strategy for brand awareness and demand generation
  • Carrying out lead qualification and data cleaning
  • Reviewing the impact of digital activity and reporting on key campaign metrics, success measures and ROI
  • Devising email workflows in HubSpot
  • Managing all digital advertising, including researching new avenues for promotion
  • Attending live events and managing the preparations for these
  • Staying up to date on the digital marketing industry including new advertising features, research tools, market trends, behavioural trends, emerging platforms and technologies

Key Skills & Experience
The right candidate should have a sound understanding of product marketing, inbound & outbound marketing, including but not limited to acquisition funnels, SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimisation, and digital channel management.   • Experience and success in a similar position to the above, or demonstrable hunger and preparedness for a step up
  • Skilled in crafting clear and compelling content as a writer and editor
  • Experience in using CRM/Marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong ability to work independently, or as part of a team and an ability to prioritise assignments and meet deadlines
  • A growth mindset and the ability to test and learn digital marketing solutions across all areas
  • Experience in creating, implementing & reporting across paid media & acquisition channels (PPC, Paid Social etc.)
  • Social media advertising experience (Facebook, LinkedIn & twitter)
  • Google AdWords experience is ideal - writing ads and execution of campaigns
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS would be ideal
  • Knowledge of measuring the ROI of lead generation tactics
  • Experience of writing for the web (e.g. blogs, articles); potentially trained in this also
  • Good understanding of CRM systems including lead routing and reporting 
  • Some previous exposure to the mechanics of B2B SaaS monetisation models would be ideal, particularly in relation to growth accounting (net new business, churn, upsells)
  • Passionate about Marketing and Sales, and the impact you could have on our business’ growth
  • Hard-working and not afraid of getting hands-on with a variety of tasks as part of a team effort within a start-up environment
  • Change-oriented – happy to switch course dependent on business need
  • Team-centric attitude – we’re a small, close-knit team with many interdependencies and need colleagues who think with a team mindset (accountability, respect, collaboration, open-mindedness)
  • Able to work with autonomy and drive the direction of our Marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills including a high standard of written English
  • Selection and management of our future marketing technology ecosystem and associated vendors, in conjunction with CEO
