The Sr. Product Manager will lead and own the product development practices of Antidote, including portfolio management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. The role will work closely with senior management including CDO (based in the US) and CTO to develop integrated product roadmap, its execution and product team effectiveness through mentoring and leading by example. The role will have both direct product ownership and process/portfolio management leadership responsibilities. This role is for someone who likes to do the work of product development while maturing and growing the team’s ability to deliver an integrated roadmap.

Duties and responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager will serve as the lead product and portfolio owner, with responsibilities that include:

  • Lead the integrated roadmap development for all products, including prioritization process of projects & requests, and monitoring of projects.
  • Lead and develop product organization through maturation of our SDLC processes and leading by example.
  • Understanding business and customer needs and competitive landscape well, and defining products and integrations to meet these needs
  • Hands on product development, including story mapping, lean design, and agile development for product iteration and stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate with the engineering and team designers to translate desired user experiences into detailed, actionable requirements
  • Partner with CDO and commercial team for the go-to-market strategy and marketing positioning product and services
  • Mentoring and coaching other team members and overall stakeholders for effective product development and delivery through to value realization


  • 5-10 years experience in product management and leadership, preferably working at high growth startups in agile environment and methodologies
  • Experience building a SaaS product from inception to sustainable business, including product launches
  • Experience with creating and managing backlogs through to prioritization and commitments to an integrated product roadmap
  • Experience with leading and mentoring others in product development principles and product execution
  • Experience of working closely with teams in different locations as key stakeholders (including a team member) are based in the US
  • A burning desire to create fantastic user experiences
  • Strong technical competence, data-driven and able to be decisive and action-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to customers
  • Excellent outreach, networking, and consulting skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Experience with JIRA preferred
  • Healthcare product development strongly preferred
