Job Purpose  

To build and execute a sales strategy to deliver Virgin Pure’s ambitious growth plans. Your challenge is to develop a sales team which can augment optimised Ecommerce lead conversion efficiency with a standalone sales plan. Creating a positivemotivated sales culture in the business and training up high performing sales people will be critical to your success. 

 

You will be responsible for both the B2C channel optimizing conversion of inbound leads as well as building a strong B2B function which can develop its own pipeline for growth.

Who would this role be great for?

Experience of selling a high volume, low value product, preferably D2C, (Direct to Consumer) is essential. A track record of either set up, or delivering demonstrable change, in organisation of a sales function is a must.

As the engine for growth this role is highly visible with both of our key stakeholders, Virgin and Strauss Water.  You will be adept at developing presentations and presenting to the leadership team. You will need confidence to be able to influence senior stakeholders to ensure they have full transparency in our ability to deliver against our plans is key to this role.

  • Quickly get to grips with limitations of our SAPb1 ERP system and its limited CRM capability to create effective reporting and pipeline tools 
  • Able to turn data into information effectively to drive business decisions (find stories within the sea of data) 
  • Model performance metrics to feed into business planning and focus activity on drivers of commercial return
