We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to head up our fast growing BI & Insights function.
The successful candidate will take our business insights, reporting and visualisation to the next level. This is a hands-on role for someone that has deep technical knowledge and a strong commercial sense. You need to be able to liaise with heads of functions, engineering & product teams, data scientists and external partners to deeply understand how our customers are behaving, deep-dive into KPI trends to detect drivers and communicate findings clearly to the business.
We also have a range of Data Science products (PPC bidding app, NLP app etc.) that you will help develop, maintain and plan for.

What you will do in a nutshell:
- Lead company-wide business intelligence & reporting
- Be obsessed with cohort behaviour & deeply understanding our users
- Own our BI stack & strategy (Tableau, Snowflake, Amplitude, Airflow, Google Analytics etc.)
- Democratise data for every function at carwow
- Work with commercial & finance teams on tracking core KPIs
- Work with Marketing, Commercial and Product teams on building actionable reporting either through our core database or external APIs
- Take our data visualisation to the next level
