Doctaly is a fast-paced technology start-up in the healthcare sector, with a fast-growing team and a relaxed, productive working culture. We currently operate within Primary Care only but will be expanding into other areas of healthcare this year, to widen the breadth of services available on our private healthcare marketplace platform.

We’re ideally looking for a candidate who has management experience in General Practice or equivalent patient facing services to join our bustling Camden based team. This role offers many opportunities to diversify your skillset and gain an extensive range of experience in many aspects of a start-up business.

Our office is based within a serviced office community, accommodating a number of early stage companies within a flexible and friendly environment.

Although overall management responsibilities are essential, we also would require the individual to be versatile and be able to adapt to the needs of a growing health tech company. Wider responsibilities include:

• Patient triage

• Customer support

• Provider liaison

• Ad-hoc research/analysis/reporting tasks

• Business Administration

• Supporting the Management Team

Requirements: Prior experience within a GP practice (or equivalent) is preferred. Common sense and initiative are a must. Applicants must have excellent verbal, written and communication skills, with demonstrable organisational and problem-solving skills.

A can-do, positive attitude is absolutely what we’re looking for. Applicants must also be computer literate, ideally with knowledge of clinical systems, pathology and imaging processes and experience with Google docs/sheets/slides. A passion for Digital Health is desirable.
