Hutch is a mobile games developer looking for an exceptional individual to join the company as a Studio Administrator at it’s fast-growing central London studio.

The Studio Administrator will provide support to senior management and the wider Commercial team. The role will suit an individual who is naturally well organised, able to prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment, a good communicator and conscientious. The role will involve scheduling meetings with challenging calendar management, assisting senior management with any events or off-sites that may arise, whilst fulfilling many other administrative duties day-to-day.

Most of the team at Hutch work from home two days a week but the office is open each and every business day – as such, the Studio Administrator will be required to be in the office each day to be available to senior management and the wider Commercial team with any administrative tasks that might be required, etc.

  • Manage diary of CEO and coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments for senior management as required
  • Schedule team off-site meetings, including organising of any catering as required
  • Respond to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
  • Support the Commercial team with administrative and operational tasks and processes
  • Welcome/greet visitors as required
  • Assist senior management with expense claims
  • Manage all travel requirements for the team including travel itineraries and bookings
  • Manage filing system, both maintaining and constantly improving the system
  • General duties including but not limited to managing postage and courier requirements, tracking the dispatch of important documents, ad hoc errands, etc.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of team events as required
  • Other tasks that may be required from time-to-time

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
