We’re currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to hire amazing people who share our values and want to have a social impact. You will be focused specifically on recruiting for Sales and Account management roles, helping to build the commercial engine that will drive our success.

The role:

  • Helping grow the business from 120 people in a single office in London,to 250 people across multiple UK cities by the end of the year
  • Owning the sales and client success recruitment processes. Working closely with our VP Sales and Head of Client Success
  • End-to-end talent acquisition; looking at employer brand, outreach strategies and recruitment management
  • Working with the Recruitment Lead and People Director to drive innovative people strategies across the identification, attraction and retention of talent


  • Recruitment experience in either an agency or in-house environment
  • Specific experience recruiting in the sales space, preferably for tech/SaaS businesses
  • A strong background in client/stakeholder management
  • You’ll ideally have experience in a high growth business, managing recruitment processes efficiently at scale
  • You’ll have great attention to detail and care about doing the small things perfectly
