Head of Partner Sales at CitizenLab
As Head of Partner Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales through a growing network of value-added resellers. We successfully implemented this new channel last year in countries such as Chile and Denmark, and this role is key for our organisation to accelerate our international expansion in new markets.
Work with internal stakeholders (Direct Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Product, etc) to ensure partners have everything they need to successfully resell.
Identify, recruit, onboard new partners within assigned territories.
Proactively help partners hit their goals by managing the sales pipeline of partners, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Create demand using tools like marketing collateral, campaigns, webinars, events.
Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
Educate partners about our product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
Travel to customer and partner sites on a regular basis.
What do we expect from you?
3+ years of experience and proven track record working in business development, (partner) sales, consulting, or similar.
Experience working in the public sector. It’s a big plus if you have established relationships with potential partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
Enthusiasm, humour, empathy, and the ability to convey this through phone, email and in-person communication.
Hungry to learn and teach. We invest heavily in making each other better.
Bias towards immediate action and results. You’ve got to love measuring your own progress.
Willingness to take responsibility and accountability that comes with the autonomy in the role of Head of Partner Sales.
