We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team of 5 people. You will be responsible for defining our global growth strategy - an amazing opportunity to play a pivotal role in improving the lives of millions affected by dementia.
In the next 6 months you'll be
Working with our first care home customers to define a B2B sales strategy
Implementing and testing this strategy across 2,500 care homes on our waiting list
Establishing a road map for Jelly Drops to be made free on prescription
Working with our Community Manager to drive B2C sales
Overseeing expansion in to the US market
Beyond this you will be working closely with the founding team to assess the potential for new products, markets and geographies, and building the team to make it happen.
Hopefully, you'll have some or all of the following:
3+ years in consulting/business development
Experience in B2B sales
An understanding of the food/FMCG/healthcare industries
Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and detailed execution
