Our mission is to build a global network of spaces, so brands can appear in cities across the world and make their ideas travel.

With new spaces in London, Paris, New York, Miami, Amsterdam, LA and beyond, being added all the time, we’re looking for an incredibly organised self-starting co-ordinator to work in our Global Operations team, supporting the production and supply teams onboarding them on to the site. Based in our London HQ, you'll be working with landlords, photographers and copywriters across the world, bringing it all together into space listings. This could involve scheduling shoots between landlords and our international network of photographers, compiling listings, or even writing copy. If you're a whizz with words and good at copywriting, even better. The role also supports on other Central Operations functions, including Additions - helping our partners across multiple industries and the brands booking their services; and Prime - ensuring brands who book our managed spaces get a six-star service.

This is a great opportunity to help re-shape the face of retail while gaining tremendous experience in a high-performing team. You'll need to have boundless energy and enthusiasm, as well as a flexible and creative approach. There's a lot to do and we're looking for someone who’s resourceful and driven to get stuck in.

The Role:

Based in our London HQ, this job sits at the centre of lots of parts of the business, you’ll need to be super organised and self-sufficient to bring them all together. What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with our landlords and internal teams in London, Paris and New York you need to get listings live as quickly as possible - you’re the gatekeeper to everything that goes on the site
  • Managing freelance photographers and copywriters in London, Paris, New York, Amsterdam, LA, Miami and other cities across the world to ensure the speed and quality of listings going live
  • Own the editorial production process, ensuring we capture content of the best of our brands in residence - communicating with brands, photographers and copywriters in each city, and sharing with the marketing team
  • Ensure the concierge teams know what spaces are going live, to help them get their first bookings
  • Assist managing our Additions service, working with our partners across multiple industries (design, build, staffing, wifi and many more) providing administrative support to process bookings and help brands set up shop
  • Assist with Prime operations, managing freelancers in all cities and booking them in for viewings, check ins and check outs in our managed “Prime” spaces
  • Create a six star service for all global freelancers to keep them engaged in the Appear Here community and being the best representatives for our brand
  • Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, always working to improve processes and the service provided to all our customers (brands, landlords, freelancers, and the rest of the team)

Requirements 

  • You’re incredibly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • You’re great at spinning a lot of plates and are good at making decisions under pressure
  • You have a keen interest in copy, you’re good at proofing and spotting errors and are keen to own the tone of voice of our listings
  • You’re great at communication, you have excellent written skills in English and are happy to pick up the phone and chat to anyone; French would be an additional advantage
  • A good degree is welcome, but not essential. We want to see self-starters who are able to learn on the job
