- Develop the overall strategy for the sector alongside company leadership, incl. pricing, sales, marketing, product and customer success
- Define key targets and budget for the region in line with the market opportunity
- Regional responsibility for sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, operations, and customer success to drive business growth in line with targets
- Ownership of customer relationships and experiences at all stages from new business to customer retention
- Strong sales background and proven results in client acquisition and account growth, with a focus on B2B sales
- Experience of work in temporary or flexible staffing agencies and/ or our target sectors, with an existing set of contacts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Prior experience of work in technology start-ups is an advantage
