We provide customers with cutting-edge technology and services to help them cut their food waste in half and change the kitchen culture to operate more sustainable operations. Since our founding in 2004, we have catalyzed a global food waste movement, creating a new technology category for food waste prevention, engaging thousands of front-line foodservice workers, and growing our offices to include locations in Portland, Oregon, London, Singapore, Barcelona and Melbourne.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Success Intern who is interested in working with a rapidly growing global team that is passionate about ending avoidable food waste. Perhaps you’re just about to finish university, just completed it, or are considering a change in career. Either way, if you’re ready to join a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, are highly driven, detail-oriented, numerate, creative, and communicative, we want to hear from you! 

Depending on our business needs and your performance, this opportunity could transition into a permanent, full-time position. 


  • Review customer & food waste data to recommend best practices for fostering behavior change and reducing food waste

  • Data analysis projects which involve assembling metrics, interpreting data, visualizing data, and creating compelling stories

  • Work with clients on training and waste reduction coaching activities as instructed

  • Develop collateral to support client communications

  • Assist with client meeting coordination and preparatory work for client presentations

  • Project management support including liaising with client teams and Leanpath internal departments to ensure successful execution

  • Assist with delivering demos and preparing orders for clients as instructed

  • Monitor client satisfaction and program results; assist with preparing reports to present results to clients

  • Work with marketing to develop program materials, case studies, etc.

  • Administrative office tasks and general office organization

  • Supporting trade show coordination and duties

  • Administrative data entry support

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Having completed or working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree 

  • Exceptional aptitude for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, experience with data management with tools such as Excel.

  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Strong people skills and a track record of building strong relationships

  • Positive can-do attitude, ambitious, and motivated 

  • Flexible and adaptable, effective “problem solver” comfortable with high growth environments

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage projects

  • Experience in the food service industry or working in kitchens a benefit

  • Keen user of technology and fully conversant with PC operating systems, Microsoft Office,, webinar platforms, and able to learn new software systems

  • (Preferred but not required): Fully proficient in at least two languages.
