We are looking for an individual that is passionate about content curation and is excited about the massive opportunities for growth and innovation in the insurance industry. As our Speaker Operations Associate, you will help identify, book and coordinate with speakers for our three global insurtech events in Hong Kong, London and New York.
Organise end to end logistics for content talks and ensure every session is delivered to the highest possible standard
Be responsible for speakers registering, processing registrations, ensuring dates and information inputted is correct
Ensure all deadlines are met according to the timelines in place
Update full speaker database when required
Create day-to-days – a detailed personal onsite schedule
Clear and conscious communication with speakers and session hosts
Proof the speakers on the website ensuring the information is accurate.
Manage post-conference communications, including sending thank you emails, collating feedback, and recording of speaker testimonials
Assist Head of Speaker Operations and Speaker Operations Manager when required
Manage a stage or other such role onsite
Strong administrator - must be highly organised both in yourself and coordinating others, to ensure deadlines are met and that you can manage multiple tasks effectively
Problem solver – must be able to think on your feet and react quickly and calmly under pressure
