GoSpace is a successful and rapidly growing UK software company. Due to exponential growth, we are now looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join our team as Workplace Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start a customer services career, working with some big brand names.

We love what we do, so our focus is on continual innovation and truly amazing client service. We need passionate, positive and energetic people who will be the ‘face’ of GoSpace to our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work in our client’s offices, liaising with their teams, and understanding how we can help them be more efficient and productive.

If you’re a student, a recent graduate, just starting out, or possibly seeking a career change, you’ll gain valuable experience and understanding of how a business operates. The ideal candidate would be interested in technology and how it can help organisations around the world improve business performance, enhance the employee experience and reduce their environmental footprint.

Workplace Associates are the key connection between our team and our clients. They are responsible for collecting accurate data and insights from teams, so our clients can make informed strategic decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Be based in our client’s offices, collecting key information via our mobile app.
  • Respond to any direct queries from teams, escalating them to the internal property team or GoSpace Client Service Manager.
  • Identify issues for escalation to the Client Service Manager.
  • Train the internal team on our mobile and web apps.
  • Provide account management support to the Client Service Manager.
  • Conduct industry research between collecting data sessions.

What we're looking for 

  • Positive and outgoing, with a great work ethic and passion for outstanding client service.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, and empathy.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
