At Stitch & Story we are passionate about revamping knitting and crochet as simple, modern and aspirational skills. We are an online premium retail company selling knitting and crochet kits, based in North Greenwich. Our celebrate beginner craft kits can be found in Liberty and Fenwicks, while we’ve collaborated with top brands including Airbnb, Soda Pictures, My Little Box, Sophie la girafe and Miffy. ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in our Marketing team and working alongside our Customer Care team, you will:
work across our social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Yotpo
be responsible for creating content for our social channels alongside our graphic designers based on agreed marketing strategies and Stitch & Story’s brand voice
engage with customers in these channels and foster our community by responding to questions and comments
create descriptions for new product listings
manage PR leads in-bound and out-bound
manage show/events marketing
manage relationships with brand reps
monitor, measure and analyse our social media performance, regularly reporting on the success of campaigns to the wider team

are highly creative - an ideas machine!
have previous e-commerce experience
are on-trend and meme literate
have an excellent command of written and spoken English
aren’t afraid of digging into data
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Previous experience with e-commerce brands, particularly fashion and lifestyle
Previous experience developing and managing cross-platform social media content
In-depth understanding of social media analytics
Demonstrable experience in a B2C customer-facing role
Demonstrably excellent attention to detail
Exceptional grammar, use of English and proofreading ability
Highly organised; able to effectively manage time and work to deadline
Proficient with spreadsheets, slide decks and word processing tools
A basic understanding of project management tools such as Asana or Trello
