We’ve raised funding from numerous VCs. Now, as we scale we’re looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team. At our current stage of growth it’s essential for us to hire future leaders of the company now to keep our culture of promotion from within.

Salary £18-23k

What’s the role? (3months)

As a Talent Re-Engager (Telesales Representative) you will be responsible for calling candidates who have previously been active on Snap.hr, explaining to them the type of roles we have on the platform, answering any questions they may have, and then reactivating their profile. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Calling our database of candidates and discussing their current situation with regards to looking for a new role, explaining how the platform has improved and changed since they were last active on it, describing the types of roles that are on Snap.hr, and answering any questions the candidates might have
  • Updating candidate information and situation on the database Keep records of candidates contacted, and note useful information
  • Gain referrals from candidates and update database accordingly

Requirements
You will be interested in the technology job market and have proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role. In particular we are looking for: Proven track record of successful meeting sales quota over the phone

  • Ability to learn about our product and the available roles and explain them to candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very comfortable on the phone speaking with multiple candidates every day  
  • Cool-tempered and resilient individual who is able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Good at the detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable managing multiple processes at once
  • High EQ, with great people skills and a team player
  • Knowledge of using Salesforce preferable
  • University degree a plus
  • You will report into the Talent Acquisition Lead.

PROGRESSION - after 3 months you will become a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Salary £23-27k

What's the role?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for guiding technology talent through our Snap.hr platform process. Your main interaction is with the candidate and not companies - there is no company biz dev or sales in this role. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Sourcing and qualifying technical candidates
  • Supporting a variety of candidates at all levels throughout their journey on our platform, guiding them in our marketplace setting, supporting them with profile optimisation, interview preparation, and offer negotiation, ensuring the candidate’s offers align with their career goals.
  • Partnering with your customer success and account management teams to ensure our marketplace is optimised, efficient and delivers success and value for both our clients and candidates.
  • Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
  • Working with candidates to identify the best roles for them
  • You will report into the Talent Acquisition Lead.
