We are on the lookout for an Account Executive with a passion for client development to work alongside our Client Partnerto deliver exceptional client support to our varied client base from startups to household names.
What you’ll do:
- Field new business enquiries, ensuring they are qualified and followed through
- Prepare proposal documents
- Support with generating new business collateral
- Research new client requirements, helping to map areas for expansion
- Day to day client communication and support
- Research and identify areas for account growth
Who you are:
- You have a keen interest in digital products, with an emphasis on defining and delivering the right solution
- You have at least 1 year's experience in a comparable role
- You have strong client management/ service experience, ideally gained within an agency environment
- You’ll have an attitude that wants to get stuck in and help the wider team wherever possible.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to build great relationships with clients, inspiring trust and confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are super organised and get stuff done
