We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Client Service Agent to join our growing Client Services Team. Following the sales process, you'll be championing the client's journey with Resi, acting as a liaison between our designers and the client. You will be responsible for maintaining a high client satisfaction level, meaning high energy is key for this role! 

Our client base covers the whole of the UK with a variety of potential projects - ranging from internal renovations to larger extensions and even new build developments!

Since our launch in 2017, we’ve gone on to become the largest residential architectural practice in the UK. In creating our step by step service, we’ve brought simplicity and great affordable design to the nation. This way, every homeowner in the UK can benefit from an architect’s expertise. As a part of our team, you’ll have the chance to directly feed into how our company grows.   

We are currently 85 people based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London. International House is the UK’s first Living Wage Building. Our office is both accessible and we are willing to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate successful candidates. 

Our current Client Service team are excellent communicators, who have superior people skills and a passion for problem-solving. We are a team of individuals who drive to make Resi the go-to architectural practice in the UK - everything from our initial consultation calls through to our final stage follow-ups is driven by our client’s experience and user journey. As a prospective member of our team, you must have a hunger for building a genuine rapport with clients in order to determine their motivations and needs, present our services, and overcome objections.


The role:

  • Be the client’s initial go-to person to discuss the progress of their project

  • Handhold the client throughout their Resi journey.

  • Proactively communicate and update clients on project progress

  • Work alongside your team to prevent any blockers to a project moving forward

  • Manage up and voice any ideas and feedback that will improve the client’s journey

  • Organisation and admin tasks using our custom-built online admin panel

  • Work with the business development & technical teams on areas of improvement


We want Resi to become the leading UK expert in home extensions and renovations. This is achieved with talented people in every role.


We are looking for the following attributes:


  • At least 1 years of customer service experience (telephone experience)

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • A can-do attitude

  • Clear communicator and ability to build rapport

  • Comfortable with cutting edge tech

  • Ability to learn about RESI services and describe them to prospects

  • Targets and results driven – we want to change the industry tomorrow!

  • Picks things up quickly and is keen to embrace new technology solutions

  • Ambition!


Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous knowledge or experience working within the property, architecture, or construction sectors would be beneficial but not essential

  • Experience working with a start-up or small business

  • Understanding the lifecycle of house/extension build project - maybe you have renovated your own home?

  • Telephone Sales experience

Office Hours:

9-6 pm Monday- Friday 

Weekends as and when the business requires.
