Previous experience in the interior design sector is desirable rather than essential. However, you will have the talent to guide B2C Clients through an online design and purchase process leading to installation and complete customer satisfaction. Irrespective of your previous roles, closely matching experience in sales/business development in space development, interior design or similar.

YOU will be comfortable being a key player in a fast-moving, online, technology-led sales and design environment: with the energy, passion and enthusiasm to deliver quality top tier elegant bathroom designs.

YOU will be a Grade-A Business Development professional looking to turbo-charge your next step in sales via this newly created role. You will relish the opportunity to join a tight-knit team and like-minded highly driven fun people; designing luxury bathrooms through market-leading 3D technology and Virtual Reality platforms.

YOU will present, sell and design to a refined market whilst gaining an understanding of how to meet a client’s needs in an impressively swift fashion. Act on own initiative with high degree of self-awareness and commercial ability to recognise the impact of any decisions taken on the bottom line and client perceptions.

A comprehensive training program will be wrapped around YOU during an intense on-boarding process.

Target-driven, of course, you will have great communication skills. You will be experienced in producing well-costed proposals of a bespoke nature for individual clients. You must be able to quickly gain customer confidence and lead on product promotion with a high calibre of design led selling. By providing a world-class journey from enquiry to installation, you will develop inspirational quality bathroom solutions that enable you to achieve and exceed OTE objectives.

YOU will be held responsible, accountable and answerable for the progress of every Project through all internal stages (including design and estimating). You’ll know where to go for any answers that you haven’t got to hand or, better still, have suggestions/solutions reached as a result of a ‘risk-assessed’ approach.
