Job Role: Full Stack Software Engineer (Serverless Node)
We are a search aggregation app. Based in the UK’s West country but with connections and board members in London and abroad, we are a modern company that is looking to operate on a remote basis at this first stage. We have an MVP currently being tested which is about to go to market.
Despite being a small team and board, we have some very relevant talent in place. With the MVP built and a strategy mapped out we are looking to grow the team as we go to market and respond as the iteration begins.
We now have a need for a developer to work with the CTO on building out the MVP. The role is technically orientated foremost, working with the CTO on front or backend projects, independently as necessary.
Who we are looking for
We would like to find someone who is technically qualified and a team player. It would suit someone who is driven and capable of working remotely and who is interested in being part of a new solution in a still immature market place. We are looking for someone who can commit regular but flexible hours each week.
- Serverless experience, ideally AWS Lambda
- Experience working with NoSQL services, ideally DynamoDB
- Fluent in the UX framework of your choice React/Angular/Vue
- Experience integrating with APIs and Websockets
- Strong DOM & CSS
- Experience building PWAs
- Familiarity with Git source control
- Good English communication skills

As a Startup which is boot-strapping at the moment, we are offering renumeration with equity on a targeted, forward plan. We are activley seeking funding and a salary will be awarded as soon as funding is in place.
Commitment to the cause is key and as the role increases in scale and time, paygrades and a salary appropriate to your experience will kick in. This role is included into the financial forecasting.
