Innovify is an Innovation Design & Digital Product Management Company. We have a growing demand client base and have been rapidly growing as a leader in Digital Innovation and new product development projects.

About the role

We are growing really fast and need someone who can help us continue this expansion. We are looking for a bright, energetic and detail-oriented sales executive to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to introduce our services to new clients within various target segments. Most of your time will be spent on customer acquisition.

Main responsibilities of the role are: 

Outbound Sales:

  • Create a list of Prospective Accounts to acquire
  • Research the Prospects to define the value proposition 
  • Cold call, Email, Network to initiate the conversation with the Prospect
  • Nurture and Qualify the Prospects to identify their needs and how our proposition can help them
  • Manage the pre-sales process by working closely with our pre-sales team
  • Proactively attend various networking events and build a network of trusted contacts

Inbound Sales:

  • Manage all inbound enquiries to understand the needs of the inbound lead
  • Engage with the lead and educate them with our service offering
  • Nurture and Qualify the lead with the sole objective of generating sales
  • Manage the pre-sales process by working closely with our pre-sales team

Others:

  • Assist in developing sales pitches/ presentations/ flyers that are suitable for target customers
  • Identify and attend relevant events, gatherings, networks and conferences.
  • Write newsletter or blog content (occasional).
  • Suggest service improvement based on user feedback and answer queries or questions users might have.
  • Follow-up closely with potential clients.
  • Work towards monthly/quarterly sales objectives and targets.

Essential skills/experience: 

  • 2+ years account based selling experience working in digital agency, technology consultancies, recruitment sales or similar background is a must.
  • Aware of latest technology trends and industry disruptions
  • Be known for building great relationships and enjoy being part of various networks and communities.
  • Comfortable speaking and connecting with new people: in person and on the phone.
  • Highly propactive, efficient, self-starter with a strong can-do attitude.
  • Passion for sales and comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Write clearly and simply with perfect spelling and grammar.
  • Adapt to change: you’re aware that startups are fast-paced environments and you are comfortable with that.
  • Good sense of humour and fun to work with!!
