This gives users the Instagram sticky feature, users check back on Brezaa to see who has guessed their ice breakers, and users see exactly how they match with each other based on their choices at sign up, which we receive amazing five-star reviews on the app stores.

Executive Assistant  Job Description Intro:

General team admin required to support our team, reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be required to provide first-class administrative support and assistance, organisation to the team, ensuring full company professional standards.

Job Overview:

  • Administrative support to the CEO, & information strategist
  • Supporting the marketing team when required
  • Research, creating documents, updating existing documents 
  • Diary management
  • Proofreading/ cross-referencing/ reviewing
  • Issuing tasks to the team on our platform agreed with the CEO
  • Taking notes/minutes and capturing actions in meetings
  • Maintaining company records using / Google sheets / Google platform
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times

Skills Specification:

  • Previous experience of either working in a clerical/administrative role (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills (essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously (essential)
  • Manage and prioritise own workload (essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (essential)
  • IT literate - emails, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, Dropbox (essential)
  • Experience of following and managing processes (desirable)

Note:

  • Ready to join our team with high energy
  • Salary is not currently possible, as this is furlough exchange (work experience) for voluntary people who have spare time, working from home, salary discussions post-investment as we are pre-investment
