Guider is hiring for an Account Executive with a background in selling to L&D & HR decision-makers within large organisations.

The role.

The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers.  Other duties include looking out for referrals and creating growth strategies for our existing clients. You will have a background and understanding in the L&D community within large organisations.


About you.

  • You will be an entrepreneurial self starter

  • 3+ years min experience in Sales and Account Management

  • Have had experience selling and working with L&D, HR or Talent Leaders in large organisations.

  • Proven track record of holding relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • Keen to work for a start-up and fast growing company.

  • An outstanding communicator, with great written skills.

  • Determined, but consultative approach.

  • Ambitious and keen to learn new skills.

  • Target driven, competitive.


Nice to have.

  • Hungry, competitive mentality. 

  • Consultative approach and solutions orientated.

  • Experienced with training people.

  • Worked in a start-up environment.
