Keep You Posted Digital are hiring for a PA-to-Founder. We are a Social & Influencer Marketing Agency, for the gamechangers, the innovators, and the scaling start-ups. Our clients tend to fall into the category of small to medium sized business' specialising in new tech, as well as concept food brands.
Creating lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ready for our sales team to action.
Managing her inbox, responding to non-urgent correspondence, directing to a more appropriate member of the team and highlighting only the essentials that she must reply to.
Managing telephone correspondence, again filtering only essentials comms.
Managing the simple operations of Keep You Posted Digital, i.e moving to an office space, paying invoices to external creditors, managing my expenses.
Making travel arrangements, (she travels back and forth to London from Norfolk 3/4 times a week, so hotels must be arranged alongside mileage and parking.)
Must be creative, the founder is building her personal brand as we speak, therefore if this person has experience in social themselves, that would be fantastic as she would be looking for them to assist with my content creation/photography/creative input.
Taking minutes in client ‘kick-off’ meetings, and building this into a brief for the creative team.
Travel arrangements for the team, making sure creative team are aware of client meetings etc.
Be the ‘eyes & ears’, of the organisation, making me aware of things need to be improved with the team, clients or practices.
Setting meetings with influencers every single week, up to 10 hours of my time, to manage and sustain relationships.
Building out company reports, and presenting in a weekly progress meeting. We use salesforce, but if there is a better system, happy to change.
Nice to ‘have’;
Open to travelling to Norfolk once a week to work from her home office.
Open to working evenings/weekends when influencer events are arranged, to make sure her time is spent entertaining as appose to dealing with small non-urgent issues.
Be open to change, our organisation is scaling at between 75-100%, quarter on quarter. This person needs to be ready for a rollercoaster ride!
Enjoy travelling, Q4 plans are to expand into LA, where a lot of start-up tech is founded, therefore this person must be ready to come along.
Must be based in either London or Norfolk.
