We are looking for an adaptable and personable delivery Dispatch Coordinator to join Big Night, a dynamic platform transforming restaurant delivery across London. Months of lockdown have posed significant challenges for independent restaurants, but also presented an opportunity to develop a platform that works better for these businesses, treats riders fairly, and ensures customers receive outstanding food in their homes from London’s top restaurants which haven’t turned to delivery previously. Current restaurants using Big Night include Luca, The Laughing Heart, Two Lights, Sager + Wilde, and Leroy, with other high quality establishments set to join weekly as this fast-growing startup develops.

The ideal candidate (but not essential) will have a strong interest in the London restaurant scene, as well as in the e-commerce/delivery industry. You will form strong relationships with drivers and restaurants alike, and be comfortable with using technology to optimally coordinate routes for dispatch. You will be working closely with the co-founders of Big Night and other team members to ensure this core aspect of the business runs smoothly and develops overtime. Your insights will be key in shaping how the service evolves!

There will be opportunities to be involved in shaping all areas of the future platform, and to take on more responsibility as we grow. Even the possibilty of going permenant.
