VouchedFor is set to scale up, as the “Trustpilot for professional services”. People need to know who they can trust at key points in their life, whether they need advice on their finances, legal matters, property or their mental health.

Having raised venture funding and achieved profitability, VouchedFor has more recently restructured and pivoted its business model. Having grown subscriptions by 40% over the last year, we are poised to grow rapidly across multiple verticals. We are fortunate our growth has accelerated as a result of Covid.

The Role and Opportunity:

We've already enjoyed strong sales success, with thousands of B2B customers, and 100% adoption among our industry's largest businesses.

This role will be our first dedicated focus on "mid size" firms within our market. You'll be building MD-level relationships with businesses turning over £1m-20m. While you'll own the overall relationship, you'll be supported by a dedicated team of Onboarding and Success managers, helping individual professionals within each firm. You'll report directly to one of our MDs.

About You:

You’ll have a proven track record within a B2B sales or recruitment environment, building relationships at a senior level.

Most vitally, you're someone who sells in the right way, by genuinely helping your clients, both initially and ongoing. You'll know you do this, because you're repeatedly your customers' first port of call, and they often recommend you. We are far more interested in developing long-term successful relationships, with strong advocacy, than we are in hitting any short term sales target. We view integrity as the single most important characteristic.

You'll know activity levels are important, so long as you have the right mission, the right product, the right service, and the right sales coaching. You'll work collaboratively to help us maintain all four.

We’re a young company, seeking capability and potential over experience. That said, we would expect you to have at least 3 years' relevant experience.
